Berrios, rider of "Devoted Wildcat" (#5) is suspended for 7 calendar days for interfering with "Dublin Express" (#2) in the area of the 5/16th pole during the running of the 7th race on Monday, September 16th, 2019. Apprentice Jockey Berrios has requested to ride in the "Artic Queen Stakes" and one other previous race that day, September 30, 2019, that request being granted by the Stewards. Apprentice Jockey Berrios suspension will be effective Thursday, September 26, 2019 through Thursday, October 3rd, 2019 inclusive. |
