While driving #3 Intuitive Writer in race # 1 on Wednesday September 18th, 2019 at Batavia Downs, you did interfere with #6 Betters Reward at the head of the stretch This is a violation of 9 NYCRR §§ 4117.4. (b) and 9 NYCRR §§ 4117.4. (f)
However, having waived your rights to an appeal; your suspension has been reduced to 4 days starting September 23rd and ending on September 26th.
