This is a violation of § 4117.4 [B]. Having appeared before a representative of the Commission and waived your right to appeal your suspension is reduced from 8 to 5 days; you are suspended from September 12, 2019 through September 16, 2019. You are eligible to drive again September 17, 2019. THIS IS A DRIVING SUSPENSION ONLY. |
