 George Ducharme is responsible as trainer under NYCRR # 4120.4(a) for the horses Hall Press, Alfie Devie, Berkery J, Golden Dynamite, He Tricked Me, Fortune Starlet, and Overserved competing in Qualifying races at Vernon Downs on 6/21/2019 when the drug Flunixin had been administered within 48 hours before the scheduled post time of their races in violation of 9 NYCRR § 4120.2(e)(14) and a race-day plasma sample from each horse contained Flunixin in excess of 20 ng/ml in violation of 9 NYCRR § 4120.3(a)(10). Mr. Ducharme has waived his right to an appeal, therefore his fine is reduced from $4,000  to the total amount of $2,750, which is based on $250.00 for each infraction plus $1,000.00 for the egregious number of violations.
