| Ruling Text: Kevin Cummings, you are suspended for 8 days starting on July 4th and ending July 11th. While driving #4 Beechwood Wayne in race #11 on Friday June 28th at Buffalo Raceway, you did interfere with #1 M G Home Run in the stretch. This is a violation of 9 NYCRR §§ 4117.4. (b)
However, having waived you’re rights to an appeal; your suspension has been reduced to 3 days starting July 4th and ending on July 6th. Any subsequent violation will result in escalation of your penalties.
