 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that your license to participate in Thoroughbred racing as a jockey is hereby suspended for nine calendar days beginning on Sunday, June 23, 2019, pursuant to Racing, Pari-Mutuel Wagering and Breeding Law § 910.
 
 The New York State Gaming Commission has recognized and is enforcing the suspension for nine calendar days of your horse racing jockey license by the British Horseracing Authority (“BHA”). The BHA suspended your license for nine calendar days for the offense of Misuse of the whip in The Queen Mary Stakes race at the Ascot race meeting on June 19, 2019. Having waived your right to show cause as to why this penalty should not be enforced against you in New York, your suspension shall be from Sunday, June 23 through Monday, July 1, 2019, inclusive.
