| Ruling Text: While driving #1 (Hot Tip) in the 11th race on 6/8/19, starting at the top of the stretch finishing after selecting a position in the home stretch, you swerved to the inside interfering and impeding the progress of #3 (My Last Dime). The #1 horse finished 1st placed 2nd for the interference. Having appeared telephonically before a representative of the NYS Gaming Commission, and waived your right to a hearing, and the Commission considering the circumstances, your driving suspension of 8 (Eight) days is reduced to 3 (Three) days. THIS IS A DRIVING SUSPENSION ONLY. |
