| Ruling Text: While driving #4 (Roll With Mimi) on 5/30/19, while going around the first turn, you moved to the inside causing interference to #3 (Lady Elvis) subsequently moving outside causing interference to #8 (Savannah Smiles). The horse you were driving finished 2nd but was placed 8th due to the interference. Having appeared before a representative of the NYS Gaming Commission, and waived your right to a hearing, and the Commission considering the circumstances, your driving suspension of 8 (Eight) days is reduced to 3 (Three) days. THIS IS A DRIVING SUSPENSION ONLY. |
