The horse you were driving finished 3rd but was placed 6th due to the interference. Having appeared telephonically before a representative of the NYS Gaming Commission, and waived your right to a hearing, and the Commission considering the circumstances, your driving suspension of 8 (Eight) days is reduced to 3 (Three) days. THIS IS A DRIVING SUSPENSION ONLY. |
