Ruling Text: You are hereby suspended for 7 days starting March27th 2019 ending April 2nd, 2019 and $500. Your privileges are restored April 3rd, 2019.
As trainer of record for the Horse (Princess Bliss) that raced in the 13th race on Wednesday February 27th at Buffalo Raceway , 2019, and did finish 1st, tested positive for the drug Isoflupredone. You are in violation of the above commission Rules.
Having appeared before a representative of the Commission and waived your right to an Appeal, you are hereby fined $1000 reduced to $500 and suspended for 15 days reduced to 7 days. Your horse Princess Bliss finished 1st is disqualified and the purse is to be redistributed.
During this period of suspension, YOU shall be denied the privilege and use of all grounds in New York state, and YOU are forbidden to participate or be entitled to any share of Purses. In addition, every horse you own, or Train shall be denied the Privilege of the ground and shall not participate in pari-mutuel racing. |
