Your suspension shall be served beginning on December 16th and ending on January 14th. On Wednesday, November 28, 2018, during the evening race program, you took and attempted to cash for yourself a $50 betting voucher which you had seen another person leave by mistake in the Autotote vending machine in the driver’s lounge in the paddock at Batavia Downs. |
