| Ruling Text: While driving #6 (Joe Larry N Curly) on 12/1/18, you hooked the wheel of #8 (Macherati) near the top of the stretch finishing. #6 (Joe Larry N Curly) was 7th placed 8th for the interference. Having appeared telephonically before a representative of the NYS Gaming Commission, and waived your right to a hearing, and the Commission considering the circumstances, your driving suspension of 8 (Eight) days is reduced to 5 (Five) days. After said suspension has begun such driver may drive horses in early closing events, stakes and featured overnight events but the suspension shall be extended one day for each date such driver drives such races. THIS IS A DRIVING SUSPENSION ONLY. |
