| Ruling Text: Having withdrawn his appeal of the stewards decision, Jockey Oscar Gomez, rider of "Mamma White Socks" (#3), is suspended for 10 calendar days, effective Saturday, May 18, 2019 through Monday, May 27, 2019, inclusive; for interfering with "Party in the Raine" (#4) in the stretch, during the running of the 8th race on November 14, 2018.
PREVIOUS RULING:Having withdrawn his appeal of the stewards decision, Jockey Oscar Gomez, rider of "Mamma White Socks" (#3), is suspended for 10 calendar days for interfering with "Party in the Raine" (#4) in the stretch, during the running of the 8th race on November 14, 2018. The suspension will be assigned in the Spring of 2019 when Finger Lakes Racetrack returns to racing full time. |
