| Ruling Text: Your horse, "TWIN B ONAROLL," trained by you, raced on Thursday, July 26th in the 3rd Race at Monticello Raceway, and tested positive for the durg Caffeine; theophylline; theobromine,; 1,7 Dimethylxanthine. Having appeared before a representative of the Commission and waived your right to an appeal, you are hereby fined $500, ruduced to $250, and suspended 15 days, reduced to 7 days. Your horse, "TWIN B ONAROLL," finished 1st is disqualified. The Purse must be returned for redistribution. During this period of suspension, Agostino Abbatiello shall be denied the privilege anduse of all grounds in New York State, and he is forbidden to participate or be entitled to any share of Purses. In addition, every horse he owns or trains shall be denied the Privilege of the grounds of all racetracks, and shall not participate in pari-mutuel racing in New York State. |
