| Ruling Text: While driving horse #3 PARTY JAMMER in the 8th race at Vernon Downs on Saturday August 18, 2018, you were in violation of the whipping rule and after the race in the paddock you failed to conduct yourself in a gentlemanly manner. Having appeared and waived your right to appeal, your suspension is reduced to 7 days and your fine is reduced to $500. You are further ordered to be evaluated for anger management and comply with their treatment recommendations. Failure to comply to this order and any violations to your agreed conditions will result in termination of all racing privedges. This is a driving suspension |
