Ruling Text: Mr. Pierre-Charles Boudot is hereby suspended 15 calendars days for gross carless riding and extremely unprofessional riding after finish of the 10th race at Belmont Park on July 7, 2018(Failure to maintain a straight course with his mount and using his mount to make contact with the #5 Maraud John Velazquez.
Having waived his right of appeal Mr. Boudot is hereby given permission to ride in Designated Races
The King Georges VI and Queen Elizabeth Stakes at Royal Ascot on July 28, 2018 and The Prix De Psyche at Deauville on July 28, 2018. If Mr. Boudot riders either or both races than his suspension is extended 1 calendar to August 1, 2018. |
