| Ruling Text: As trainer of record for horses named Pier Ho Exotic (#1 in race 6), Bloodstockshalltab (#4 in race 8) and Serious Major (#1 in race10), you are being fined $1,000.00 (if appealed) or $500.00 (if not appealed) for misrepresenting the eligibility of these horses to race while you were under suspension by the Massachusettes Racing Commission. I was told (per your designated trainer Jimmy Whittemore Jr.) that your suspension had been stayed when, in fact, it had not. In addition to the fine, each horse was disqualified and any purse monies earned have been redistributed. |
