| Ruling Text: While driving #5 (Kiss Kiss) on 12/1/17, you moved to the outside in the last turn without adequate clearance and crowded, interfered and impeded the progress of #7 (Lusty Delight). While driving #7 (Swingin Swan) on 11/12/17, after selecting a position in the home stretch, you bore in and caused interference to #3 (Cantabra). Having appeared before a representative of the NYS Gaming Commission, and waived your right to a hearing, and the commission considering the circumstances, your driving suspension is reduced from eight (8) days to three (3) days. THIS IS A DRIVING SUSPENSION ONLY. |
