| Ruling Text: While driving # 6 BUCKLE UP in Race # 4 at Yonkers on 10/10/2017 Mr. Bartlett did make a hole available which otherwise did not exsist approaching the 1/4 pole for the # 8 TALK SHOW. This is a clear violation of Rule # 4117.4 {J} which is ( Helping another horse improve it's position). TALK SHOW finished 3rd . Mr. Bartlett has been suspended 8 days reduced to 5 for waving his right to appeal. |
