As trainer of record for the horse (Frog Pond Princesss) )which raced at Yonkers Raceway on 6/19/2017 in race #9  your horse raced  with the drug (Dexamethasone) in its system that horse finished 1st  and will be placed 7th.  Also on 6/19/2017 your horse (More Than Many) raced in the 10th race at YonkersRaceway with the drug (Dexamethasone) in its system that horse finished 3rd and will be placed 8th. Both purse monies must be returned for redistribution.As you have signed a Waiver of Appeal, your penalty of 50 days is reduced to 25 days and the fine of $2,000.00 dollars has been reduced to $1,000.00 dollars.Your suspension is to begin on 9/29/2017 through 10/23/2017, you are eligible to participate on 10/24/2017 upon payment of fine. During the period of suspension you shall not directly or indirectly participate in the New York State pari-mutuel horse racing, you shall be denied the privileges and use of the grounds of NewYork State racetracks, and you shall be forbidden to participate in any share of purses. In addition, every horse shall be denied the privileges of the grounds and shall not participate in pari-mutuel racing (1) that is owned or trained by you during your period of suspension, (2) that is owned or trained by any individual who continues to serve as your agent or employee during your period of suspension, or (3) for which you directly or indirectly make or execute, during your period of suspension, any arrangements with an owner or other person to care for, train, enter in a race, invoice, collecdt fees or other payments related to employ workers for, or otherwise handle; this shall not preclude your pre-suspension agents or employees who are not serving as such during your suspension period, from participating in pari-mutuel racing as owners or trainers provided that they are duly licensed and perform their duties in compliance with the rules and regulations of the State of New York.
