| Ruling Text: This notice of disqualification is sent to you as managing corresponding officer of "TheStable Cruising Group". The horse "Cruising In Style", owned by "TheStable Cruising Group" that raced at Saratoga Casino Hotel on 8/16/17 is disqualified from his 3rd place finish because several of the owners were unlicensed at that time. The total purse earnings from that horse in that race in the amount of $6,420.00 was withheld and will now be appropriately redistributed to other finishers in that race. |
