| Ruling Text: You are hereby fined $300.00 for using your goggle to strike your horse in the stretch during the running of the 7th race at Aqueduct Racetrack on April 20, 2017. This is a violation of 9 NYCRR 4035.9 (c )(1) as to were you strike a horse and as the goggles are not approved equipment to strike a horse during the running of a race. You also have been previous warned not to use the goggles to strike a horse during the running of a race by the NYRA Board of Stewards. |
