| Ruling Text: You are hereby suspended 30 days for violation of New York State Gaming Commission rules 4038.1(a) "Who may make a Claim" and 4002.2 "Unlicensed activity forbidden" as you represented a unlicensed owner who was not eligible to be part of the claim for horse "Swivel' which was claimed at Belmont Park in the 1st race on June 18, 2016.
SUBSEQUENT HISTORY: On appeal and after a de novo hearing, all charges were dismissed by Findings and Order of the New York State Gaming Commission, dated September 18, 2017.
