| Ruling Text: While driving #1 (Waco Bruiser) on 12/3/16, you drifted to the outside causing interference to #2 (Quick Art) and #3 (Whosurpapa). Your horse finished 3rd but was disqualified and placed 6th due to the interference. Having appeared before a representative of the NYS Gaming Commission, and waived your right to appeal, and the Commission considering the circumstances, your driving suspension is reduced from eight (8) days to three (3) days. This driving suspension started 12/21/16 and runs through 12/23/16. You are eligible to drive again on 12/13/16. THIS IS A DRIVING SUSPENSION ONLY.
