| Ruling Text: As trainer of record for horse #4 (OUTOFTEXAS) in the 8th race, you are hereby fined $1,000.00 (if appealed) or $500.00 (if not appealed) resulting from the illegal amounts of the drugs Methocarbomal and Guaifenesin that were found in the blood and urine samples taken from your horse following the race. OUTOFTEXAS finished in 1st place but was disqualified and placed last. All purse monies earned from that race must be returned for redistribution and your horse must produce clean blood and urine samples before it can race again. |
