| Ruling Text: While driving #3 (Major Camby) on 10/29/16, you moved to the outside when there wasn't adequate clearance and interfered with #7 (Duke Did It). Your horse finished 2nd but was disqualified and placed 8th due to the interference. Having appeared before a representative of the NYS Gaming Commission, and waived your right to appeal, and the Commission considering the circumstances, your driving suspension is reduced from eight (8) days to three (3) days. This driving suspension starts 11/9/16 and runs through 11/11/16. You are eligible to drive again on 11/12/16. THIS IS A DRIVING SUSPENSION ONLY. |
