Your horse finished 8th in that race. For the first violation your license is suspened for 60 days, and you are ordered to pay One Thousand Dollar ($1,000) fine and be denied the privileges of all grounds subject to the jurisdiction of the NYSGaming Commission during the suspension period. Having withdrawn his appeal, Trainer Michael Forte is suspended for 60 calendar days effective 12/14/16 through 2/11/17, Inclusive. |
