You are disqualified from 6th place and placed 7th.For the first violation your license is suspened for 60 days, and you are ordered to pay one thousand dollars ($1,000) fine and be denied the privileges of all grounds subject to the jurisdiction of the NYSGaming Commission during the suspension period. Having withdrawn his appeal, Trainer Peter Tritton is suspended for 60 calendar days effective 11/30/16 through 01/28/17, inclusive. |
