| Ruling Text: While driving #7 (Palmers Pride) in the 3rd race on 6/5/16, after making the front past the quarter, you caused the field of horses to excessively slow down, causing confusion/interference to trailing horses. Having appeared before a representative of the NYS Gaming Commission, and waived your right to appeal, and the Commission considering the circumstances, your driving suspension is reduced from eight (8) days to three (3) days. THIS IS A DRIVING SUSPENSON ONLY. |
