| Ruling Text: PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that your license to participate in pari-mutuel harness racing as an owner/trainer or otherwise is hereby SUSPENDED IMMEDIATELY pursuant to §910 of the Racing Pari-Mutuel Wagering and Breeding Law.
The New York State Gaming Commission hereby recognizes the denial of your horse racing licensing privileges by order of the New Jersey Racing Commission, Ruling Number 16MDH33, dated April 18, 2016.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Commission may, but is not required to, grant a hearing for which you may apply to show cause why the penalty should not be enforced in this state. If the hearing is granted, the Commission may, but is not required to grant a stay to delay the imposition of your suspension or revocation in this state.
