You are hereby suspended 20 calendar days and fined $2500.00 for falsifying veterinarian records this in violation of New State Gaming Commission rules 4012.4 and 4042.1(f) for horse Street Shark that was scratched from the 1st race at Aqueduct Race Track on March 19, 2016. Having waived your right of appeal 5 calendar days have been stayed for 180 days from the date of the ruling providing no further violation of Gaming Commission rule 4014.4.
 
Ordered that during your period of suspension, you shall not directly or indirectly participate in New York State pari-mutuel horse racing, you are denied the privileges and use of the grounds for all racetracks, including any arrangements to invoice, manage funds, employ or insure workers, provide advice or otherwise assist with any aspect of veterinary care with a horse on the race track during your suspension.
