| Ruling Text: As trainer of record of horse #6 (Drinkin N Dancin), who finished 1st in the 1st race at Batavia Downs on 12/12/2015 and whose post race test was positive for Methocarbomal and Guaifensin, you are in violation of the above stated rules. You are hereby fined $500.00 and suspended from all racing activities for seven days. In addition, the horse Drinkin N Dancin has been disqualified from 1st place and the purse money won must be returned for redistribution. Drinkin N Dancin must also be retested and cleared before it can race again. |
