As trainer of record of #7, "NOBLE LOVER," who raced in Race 10 at Monticello Raceway on 7/15/15, finishing 1st while the drug Caffeine was present in her system. The sample also contained Theophylline, Theobromine and Dimethylxanthine, in violation of the above-stated rules. Your horse was disqualified and purse monies were returned and redistributed. You are hereby fined the sum of $3,000.00 and suspended for 30 days. Having filed an appeal and the hearing having been completed, the findings and order dated May 23, 2016, affirmed your suspension and your days are to start 6/10/16 through 7/9/16. You will be eligible to participate on 7/10/16. The fine has been paid. During your period of suspension, you shall not directly or indirectly participate in New York State pari-mutuel horse racing; you shall be denied the privileges and use of the grounds of New York State racetracks, and you shall be forbidden to participate in any share of purses. In addition, every horse shall be denied the privileges of the grounds and shall not participate in pari-mutuel racing (i) that is owned or trained by you during your period of suspension, (ii) that is owned or trained by any individual who continues to serve as your agent or employee during your period of suspension, or (iii) for which you directly or indirectly make or execute, during your period of suspension, any arrangement with an owner or other person to care for, train, enter in a race, invoice, collect fees or other payments related to, employ workers for, or otherwise handle.
