Ruling Text:
You are hereby fined $2500 because you had an improper 50% share of any purse that might be won by the horse “Box Office,” while such horse was trained by a different person and racing at the same race track where you were licensed and currently racing, in violation of 9 NYCRR § 4025.11 and 4042.1(f).  “Box Office” ran against a horse you trained and raced in the 4th race on December 4, 2015 at Aqueduct Racetrack.  When you raced your horse “Hear the Footsteps” against “Box Office” in the same race, your competitors and the wagering public and were not informed of your hidden interest in the horse “Box Office.”  Having waived your right to an appeal of this ruling, your fine is reduced to $1500.
