| Ruling Text: As trainer of record of horse #2 (Dragon's Breath), who finished 2nd in the 3rd race at Batavia Downs on 11/6/2015 and whose post race test was positive for Flunixin, you are in violation of the above stated rules. You are hereby fined $2,000.00 reduced to $1,000.00 without an appeal. In addition, the horse (Dragon's Breath) has been disqualified from 2nd place and the purse money won must be returned for redistribution. Dragon's Breath must also be retested and cleared before it can race again. |
