| Ruling Text: Ordered, you are hereby fined the sum of $10,000.00, because horses, trained by you, competed in pari-mutuel races at Saratoga Race Course from July 19 through September 2, 2013 with the drug thyroxine having been administered within 48 hours of the scheduled post time of their races in violation of 9 NYCRR §§ 4043.2(e)(9) and 4043.4.
You will be ineligible to participate unless this fine is paid by December 8, 2015. Failure to pay by the delinquency date of December 23, 2015, will result in the assessment of interest or a late payment charge and may result in other charges relating to collection.
