| Ruling Text: While driving #6 Painite in the 7th race at Vernon Downs on 08/29/15, you did commit an act not in the best interest of harness racing by using your whip in an excessive manner. Having considered the circumstances and, based on your previous history of this violation, you are fined $1000.00 and suspended from driving for 20 days. Having met with a representative of the commission and having waived your right of appeal, your fine is reduced to $500.00 and your driving suspension is reduced to 10 days, 09/08/15 - 09/17/15 inclusive. You are eligible to participate on 09/18/15 with payment of your fine. |
