| Ruling Text: Having received a report from the NYS Gaming Commission Equine Testing Laboratory of the finding of Methylprednisolone in the body fluid sample taken from horse "Nic N Jr" (#2) which finished third in the 4th race at Belmont Park on 5/29/15 and having waived your right to appeal, you are hereby fined $2,500.00 reduced to $1,500.00.
Furthermore, "Nic N Jr" is disqualified from any share of the purse money and uplaced in the order of finish. The new order of finish is:

2. #9 Cuppa Joe
3. #3 J C's Not Brown
4. #8 Let's Wrap It Up
5. #4 Ducks Dock
6. #1 Inside the Pipe
