| Ruling Text: Having received a report from the NYS Gaming Commission Equine Testing Laboratory of the finding of Methylprednisolone in the body fluid sample taken from horse "Yabuquiva" (#4) which finished first in the 9th race at Belmont Park on 5/6/15 and having waived your right to appeal, you are hereby fined $2,500.00 reduced to $1,500.00.
Furthermore, "Yabuquiva" is disqualified from any share of the purse money and uplaced in the order of finish. The new order of finish is:
