| Ruling Text: Additionallly, you are suspended from participating in any occupation requiring you to have the appropriate issued New York State Gaming Commission license. You are suspended immediately for fifteen (15 ) days, August 1, 2015 through August 15, 2015 inclusive, for violating Commission rule number 4119.11(b). This matter is referred to the Commission for further review and/or action. After the completion of the suspension, a specimen of urine must be delivered as directed by an official of the Commission that produces a negative test result before being eligible to participate in any occupation that requires you to have the appropriate issued New York State Gaming Commission occupational license. ORDERED, that during her period of suspension, respondent Amanda Rosenberg shall not directly or indirectly participate in any occupation that requires a New York State Gaming Commission license and shall be denied the privileges and use of the grounds of New York State racetracks.
