| Ruling Text: While driving #3 Toughest Of All in the 3rd race at Vernon Downs on 07/12/2015, you did take back quickly in front of a field of horses so as to cause confusion and interference among the trailing horses. Having reviewed previous penalties and considering the circumstances, you are suspended from driving for 8 days. Having appealed the penalty and having since withdrawn your appeal, your 8 day suspension is upheld, 08/08/15 - 08/15/15 inclusive. Your are eligible to participate on 08/16/15.
