Having appeared before a representative of the New York State Gaming Commission, and waived your right to appeal, and the Commission considering the circumstances, your driving suspension is reduced from eight (8) days to five (5) days. You are eligible to drive on 6/26/15. THIS IS A DRIVING SUSPENSION ONLY. |
