| Ruling Text: While driving horse #5 (Bachata Hanover) in the 6th race, you did bore in and interfere with horse #4 (Neverhaditsogood). This occurred after the start of the race. This is a driver's suspension lasting a total of three days. The effective dates are 7/16/2014, 7/17/2014 and 7/26/2014. The suspended days are not consecutive in this case because of the number of stakes races you will drive in between. You will be eligible to drive in overnight events on Sunday, 7/27/2014. |
