| Ruling Text: While driving #5 (Mayfield Hanover) on 7/10/14, you made the front near the quarter and caused the field of horses to excessively slow down. This caused confusion/interference to the trailing horses. Having appeared before a representative of the New York State Gaming Commission and waived your right to appeal, and the Commission considering the circumstances, your driving suspension is reduced from eight (8) days to five (5) days. THIS IS A DRIVING SUSPENSION ONLY. |
