On June 19, 2014, while driving #5, "DRILL SERGEANT SAM," in race 9 at Monticello Raceway, you caused interference to #2, "MOTOWN RAILING," and #6, "BROADWAY VICTORY," around the last turn. Because you have filed an appeal, your 8-day license suspension or revocation is stayed . Having appealed, a stay of your license suspension or revocation is granted for 90 days, to allow for the completion of your appeal hearing; and then, following your hearing, a second stay is granted for such time as it may take for the commission to reach a final decision on your appeal. In the event that your appeal hearing is not completed within 90 days of this ruling, your first stay will expire and your license suspension or revocation will start and will run until such time as your evidentiary hearing has been completed. You may seek an extension of your 90-day pre-hearing stay, however, by filing a motion with the Acting Secretary to the Commission, on written notice to the General Counsel of the Commission, setting forth your facts and reasons that show you were not at fault for the inability of the commission to complete your hearing within 90 days of this ruling. APPEAL WITHDRAWN 10/22/2014. Having withdrawn your appeal, your Suspension of 8 days will begin on 12/8/2015 through 12/15, 2014. You will be eligible to participate on 12/16/2014.
