Gaming Commission

You are hereby suspended 30 days and fined Two thousand dollars $2000.00 for the finding of the drug "Monosemicarbonze" in post race samples of horses "Mr. Woolman" who finished 1st in the 9th race at Aqueduct Racetrack on November 28, 2013 and horse Bozique who finished 3rd in the 1st race at Aqueduct Racetrack on December 12 , 2013. This drug was administered in violation of New York State Gaming Commission Rule 4043.2 and 4043.4. Horses Mr. Woolman and Bozique are disqualified from any share of the purse money and unplaced in  order of finish of there races. For having waived your right of appeal 10 days are stayed for 1 calendar year pending no further violation of New York State Gaming Commission rule 4043.2 from December 12, 2013.

 

Ordered that during your period of suspension, you shall not directly or indirectly participate in New York State pari-mutuel horse racing. You are denied the privileges and use of the grounds for all racetracks, you are forbidden to participate in any share of purses or other payment. Every horse is denied the privileges of the grounds and shall not participate in pari-mutuel racing in New York State, that (a) is owned or trained by you, or by any individuals who serves as you agent or employee during your suspension; or (b) for which you during your suspension are directly or indirectly with training, including any arrangements to care for, train, enter, race, invoice, collect fees or other payments, manage funds, employ or insure workers, provide advise or other information or otherwise assist with any aspect of the training of such horse.
