| Ruling Text: On 12/6/13, while on the grounds of Monticello Racetrack, you failed to conduct yourself in a forthright and gentlemanly manner and did assault another licensee. In addition to your suspension, you are also ordered to get an evaluation from a certified professional, regarding Anger Management, and comply with all treatment recommendations made in the evaluation. Your suspension is reduced from 60 days to 30 days, beginning on 12/27/13 through 1/25/14. Upon completion of days and signed conditions, and any future violations will result in increased penalties, you will be eligible to participate on 1/26/14. |
