 In furtherance of your effort to abet another trainers’ attempt to conceal their role as the actual trainer responsible for the care and welfare of Make Me Laugh, Three Rock Night, Its Ovalightsout, Mount Joy, Kiasma you violated the following rules:
    • 4119.10 Conspired with other licensees to violate NYS Gaming Commission rules
    • 4111.3 You allowed another licensee to falsely name you as the trainer of record and thus misrepresent the principals on the declarations to race for the above noted horses that were scratched at Batavia Downs on 10/30/2013 & 11/2/2013.
    • 4101.31  You signed and thus authorized the filing of fraudulent workers compensation documents with the NYS Gaming Commission and Workers Compensation Board.
    • 4119.9 Your conduct in this matter is detrimental to the character of horse racing.  
 Having appeared before a representative of the Commission and waived your right to appeal, your fine is reduces to $1000 and your suspension is reduced to 180 days.
