Having waived his right to appeal, Jockey Guarionex Rivera is suspended for four racing days effective Friday, October 11; Saturday, October 12; Monday, October 14, and Tuesday, October 15, 2013, with the exception of the 7th race on Monday, October 14, 2013, having designated the 7th race a race which Jockey Rivera wishes to ride.
