| Ruling Text: While driving the #7, "GIMME THE LOOT" in race 12 you did bear in after the 1/4 causing interference to the #2, "DANCIN TEA", hooking that horses wheels and causing interference to the trailing horses. The #7 finished 4th and was disqualified because of this interference and placed 8th. Your 8 days of suspension has been reduced to 3 days. Your suspension will begin on 10/7 and end on 10/9. You will be eligible to participate on 10/10/13. |
